About this gym

Flex Fitness Academy is a fantastic gym catering for all fitness types. Whether you a casual user looking to tone up or get in shape or looking to build muscle or lose weight, Flex Fitness Academy is the gym for you! The gym is well kept and offers a variety of free weights in increments of 2.5kg up to 50kg as well as a good selection of resistance machines. Barbells and olympic bars are on offer and there are also kettlebells and weighted medicine balls. There is also a boxing ring with dumbbells and slam balls. The gym has changing rooms onsite and parking available outside. Opening Times: Mon-Fri: 07:00 - 21:00 Sat: 08:00 - 14:00 Directions: If coming from the M5, come off at junction 21 onto A370 then off onto the B3440. Continue onto Queens Road until you come to the roundabout- take the first exit then head straight ont Coker Rd. Flex FA is on Coker Rd.
