About this gym

If you’re looking for an exciting, fully loaded gym around the Wells region, get yourself down to Kingdom Training. This fantastic facility is split across two floors, one specifically for cardio and one for weights. This multi-zonal layout improves focus and means that when you workout here you push yourself to the best of your ability. Their cardiovascular machines include treadmills, rowers, bikes as well as spin bikes to really get your hear pumping. The free weights section is particularly well equipped with dumbbells, multiple benches, the squat rack and bars. Resistance machines include the leg press to amp up your leg day. After a hard workout, why not grab a protein bar or smoothie from their shop. If you're after a few tips on making the most of your session, the staff are always ready to help you out or you could sign up for a PT session for an extra cost. The gym itself is located just off Glastonbury Road and with on-site parking, it is easily accessible by car. If you are travelling in via pubic transport the closest bus stop is Jocelyn Drive Turn – the gym is only a short walk from here.
