Please note the staffed hours are Mon-Fri 11:00-19:00, however if you wish to gain access outside these hours, please call the gym ahead of your visit. Steel Fitness is a hard-hitting gym in Thetford. They take influences form traditional bodybuilding gyms whilst building in new fitness ideas and training options. This contemporary take on a long-standing tradition means their members train hard and well alongside the dedicated staff in a motivating atmosphere. Steel Fitness Thetford is fitted wall to wall with equipment ready to push every muscle in your body. They have a wide selection of free weights, multiple squat and deadlift racks and an array of benches and bars for all your free lifting needs. They also stock a vast array of cardiovascular equipment for those that feel the need to run away from the day (and burn some pesky calories too). They also offer motivating personal training sessions with dedicated professionals so you get the results you want when you want them. Steel Fitness is located at number sixteen Brunel Business Court in Thetford. It is just a short drive off the A11, near the Thetford Golf club. This location is central enough to the Thetford area that those living and working in and around it can easily find and use the gym as they please without having to navigate the stress and hassle of travelling to the inner city (as if you need that stress after work).
