About this gym

Moor Hall Hotel and Spa provides a ideallic environment to workout in. The building is set up at as 4-star country house hotel which is surrounded by a wonderful parkland area. Based in B75, it’s easily accessible from Birmingham City Centre. The gym is fully air-conditioned and is equipped with all the workout stations you would need to have a full workout. It looks out over the golf course as well so you’ll have a great view as you work out those calories. If you’re looking for a different type of workout then there are plenty of fitness classes taking place here each week. Please ask a member of staff for more information. Once you’re done in the gym then why not head to the pool where you can continue the workout or unwind as you take a dip. The pool is at a depth of 1.4 meters throughout so it’s deep enough to enjoy a swim but shallow enough to stand comfortably as well. The spa facilities also include a spa bath, sauna and steam you to help you relax and unwind. Please note that the club can get very busy on weekends, so please call the club ahead on 01213083751 to check availability. The two nearest train stations to Moor Hall are Four Oaks (2.1 miles) and Sutton Coldfield (2.3 miles) which are on the Redditch/Longbridge to Lichfield line. Journey time from Birmingham New Street station is around 25 minutes. Parking is also available on site.
