The Quays Swimming & Diving Complex in Southampton is a spacious centre offering world-class facilities for everyone. The gym offers state-of-the-art exercise equipment for all fitness levels and provides entertainment to add even more enjoyment to your workout. No contract gym memberships give you access to a great range of resistance and cardiovascular machines are available, from treadmills to cycles, cross trainers to steppers. There is an excellent selection of free weights and a dedicated mat area to help vary your routine even more. Friendly, knowledgeable staff are always on hand to help you get the most from the machines and achieve your fitness goals. If you’re looking for even more exercise variety you’ll be delighted with the large variety of group exercise classes. From energetic workouts like Zumba and Body Pump to calming sessions like Yoga and Pilates, you can pick and choose the right combination for you. Classes are available for all fitness levels and ages and can help you to lose weight or simply help you to get fit while having fun. To provide an activity solution for home workouts, Active Nation has launched Active Nation On Demand, an activity platform that provides 550+ On-Demand exercise classes anytime, anywhere through mobile phone, tablet or Smart TV. In addition, there are 30-50 Live streamed classes per week. Please note this is not included in your Hussle pass. Ask reception for further details/additional charges. How to find the club The Quays Swimming & Diving Complex is situated just off the A33 and Western Esplanade. Southampton Central train station is a 15 minute walk away, while buses 3, 6, 8, 11 and 13 stop at nearby WestQuay. Onsite parking is available, although an additional charge is made.
