Based in the deluxe 4 star Copthorne Hotel, Windsor, Motion Health & Fitness is a luxury health club offering top of the range fitness facilities. Expect a warm and welcoming reception with well qualified, approachable staff who are keen to help you get fit and feel great. The very best gym facilities are available at Motion Health & Fitness, Copthorne Hotel. You first enter the gym via a private entrance to the left of main reception. In the air-conditioned gymnasium you will find an excellent range of the latest cardio and resistance equipment. A well-equipped weight training area is also available. A thorough induction will teach you to use the equipment properly and a personal exercise programme from Fitness Express can be tailored to suit you. Showers, changing room and lockers are all available and a cafe serves a variety of hot and cold refreshments to replenish you after your workout. Other fitness facilities include a 15m heated swimming pool, whirlpool bath, sauna, steam room and beauty and holistic treatments for males and females. Adult and child swimming lessons can also be booked. These facilities incur an additional charge so please ask at reception for details. How to reach us Motion Health & Fitness at Copthorne Hotel is straightforward to reach, being minutes from Junction 6 of the M4 and easily noticed with its bright red and glass facade. The nearest train station is Slough (First Great Western). Bus route 5 stops on Keel Drive and you will see the Copthorne Hotel directly in front of you. Alternatively, free parking is available at the hotel although you will need a permit from reception
