The Quays’ aim to focus on your goals, your time and your health and fitness. The Quays Leisure Club Sheffield is located in Sheffield city centre and is conveniently situated close to Sheffield train station. The venue offers a friendly atmosphere for everyone to train in. Whether you’re looking to lose weight or tone up, you’ll find the right equipment at The Quays Leisure Club The health club boasts a spacious indoor swimming pool to practice your lengths in or simply relax. Why not also make use of the sauna and steam room for ultimate relaxation. The cardio training range includes cross trainers, treadmills and rowing machines, so you’re bound to find your favorite way to burn those calories and build up your stamina. Other PRECOR gym equipment varies from resistance machines, such as the leg press, lat pulldown and ab curl to the cable machines. The club has a spacious free weights and functional training area. Here you’ll find dumbells, barbells, benches, and sandbags. The gym is also fully air-conditioned. The club has onsite parking which is free for up to 3 hours. The hotel car park is ANPR so make sure you give your registration number to the receptionist.
