About this gym

COVID-19 updates: - All customers wishing to use the gym must call to book in advance for their session. Customers who turn up at reception without a booking will not be permitted into the venue - Entry slots will be available every 15 minutes from opening until half an hour before closure - You will not be permitted into the venue until 15 minutes before your gym session booking to allow us to safely manage the flow of customers - You will be required to arrive ‘workout ready’ for their gym session. To assist with social distancing changing facilities will not be available. There will be no access to lockers, so customers are advised to not bring anything into the venue with them - Please wipe down all equipment before and after use with the spray and disposable cloth provided - For your safety our water fountains have been made unavailable so please bring your own water bottle. Alternatively, our vending machines will be available for customers to access Heeley Pool and Gym is the perfect general fitness destination being the hub of the local community for over 100 years, opening in 1909. Steeped in tradition and affectionately known as Heeley Baths, Heeley Pool and Gym has been at the heart of the local community and a favourite for swimming in the area and now has a fantastic gym built too, providing the community with all they could need for the ultimate workout! This gym has everything you may need including a wide range of cardio machines, resistance machines and a dedicated free weights section. Your pass also gives you access to a fantastic swimming pool, perfect for swimming lengths and building stamina or simply just to relax in the water - don't forget your swimming costume! Heeley Pool and Gym is based in S8 and located on Broadfield Road, there are bus routes stopping directly outside the centre.
