Fitness Unlimited is a contemporary gym that has a twist of old school elements, this is just the right club for you to train hard at and ensure you feel comfortable in a great friendly environment. Just a 9-minute walk away from Redditch Railway Station, you can strive towards reaching your fitness goals! Based in B98, Fitness Unlimited has a diverse range of top spec machines, facilities and equipment to make the most of. The main gym starts with a giant free weights rack which includes Iron and rubber dumbbells going up to 70kg. The assortment of equipment, such as log press and heavy chains etc allow you to mix things up and make your workout interesting. The full range of Hammer strength plate loaded machines are perfect for your workout and help you reach your fitness goals faster and more importantly injury free. Additionally, this club has 3 heavy duty multipurpose squat racks, 2 cable cross-overs and a heavy lifting platform. Towards the end of the gym you will find a matted area complete with a kettle bell rack, perfect for stretching or warming up/down etc. The latest cardio machines here include treadmills, exercise bikes, stairmasters, cross-trainers, arc trainers and rowing machines that will allow you to burn those calories and feel great knowing you’re making a difference! To compliment the 5,000 sqr.ft gymnasium Fitness Unlimited have an additional 2,000 sqr.ft Boxing hall, which comes with x2 14x14ft Boxing rings, x12 top spec punch and kick bags, a 2x10m astro turf complete with battles ropes, heavy duty sled, sledgehammers and the list goes on. With ample room, this space is perfect for 20+ station circuits or just some time alone for some yoga or Pilates. The Boxing hall is available for members to use outside of class times (Classes run weekdays 5-7:30).
