About this gym

ProFIT28 believes that fitness & wellbeing is about a balance of interests that improve our lives. This includes diet & exercise, maintaining a healthy social life, and getting involved in projects and groups which aim to improve and aid the community. ProFIT28 is a versatile facility situated over several floors and consequently has an excellent amount of space to cater for all things fitness, plus more! The gym contains a large number of cardiovascular machines and resistance machines and also areas for functional training, with CrossFit style bars section on the lower floor and also a separate bar cage. There are a large number of free weights and machines too and a ladies only section. Facilities at the center include showers, changing rooms and lockers and parking is also available onsite. Directions: From the A6110 Ring Road from Leeds, take the exit at Bramley left onto Swinnow Road then right onto Swinnow Ln. Join onto Intake Ln then at the end take a left onto Coal Hill Ln. ProFIT28 is on the right after the school fields. Buses stop on Nearby Bagley Lane
