About this gym

Better West View Leisure Centre in Preston are passionate about providing everyone with a positive and motivational atmosphere to work out in. The superb multi-station gym offers a vast range of fitness equipment which aims to cater for a variety of training requirements. The multiple stations in the gym include over 30 pieces of cutting edge cardio equipment, and plenty of resistance and free weight equipment, so you can always find something you can work on. More specifically, the free weights area is filled with 15 pieces of plated weights which can be used for squatting, bench pressing or whatever you might be training. On the gym floor you will also find a private area for ladies only, which is available at all times. Air conditioning throughout ensures that you stay cool with your workout. For a more fitness programme that is better suited to you, just ask one of the many fitness instructors around the gym and they'll be more than happy to talk you through some new techniques and exercises. If you’re looking to dive into a different type of fitness, the leisure centre also has a spacious 25-metre, eight lane swimming pool, which is available to use with a Hussle pass. Being only one mile from Deepdale Stadium, home to Preston North End FC, this gym in PR1 can be easily found and is accessible via car or public transport.
