About this gym

PureGym Poole is a spacious gym in BH12, and is definitely worth paying a visit. This gym will be sure to exceed your expectations whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle or just push yourself to the next level. The gym has a broad range of cardio machines which includes treadmills and cross trainers, excellent for increasing your heart rate. They even have computerised bikes which you can use to track performance, enabling you to change speed and resistance for a varied workout. There is a strength training station in the centre with plenty of squat racks, benches and free weights for you to use. There are lockers on site which you will need to bring a padlock for. By the entrance there are vending machines so don’t panic if you have forgotten your water bottle or need to refuel after an intense workout. Quirky lighting is in the centre of the gym to keep you inspired during your workout. You can find the gym in Tower Park, a retail park on the outskirts of Poole. Try not to get distracted by the shops, workout then shop till you drop! PureGym Poole is based next to the Gala Bingo and you can park outside for free. PLEASE NOTE: To access a PureGym you will need to generate a PIN code to enter into the door keypad upon arrival. Once you have purchased your Hussle pass you will be able to generate your PIN code through My Passes. Passes are only valid for the gym, not for classes.
