Besides the traditional cardiovascular machines, at this gym in NG1 you'll also find strength training options, which are perfect for a well-rounded workout session. There spacious gym area also includes a jungle gym in the strength training room giving you lots of creative options to elevate your fitness levels. The gym boasts the multi-functional PowerPlates that will help you strengthen your muscles as well as stretch. The separate mat area comes in handy for winding down from your work out. The gym is located on Shakespeare Street in Nottingham, near Nottingham Trent University, and is easily accessible via public transport. hussle pass does not give access to YMCA's CrossFit 1871. If you are interested in using CrossFit 1871 please contact YMCA gym directly.
