Another visit to a very good gym, only used the running and resistance machines but there seems plenty of choice. wasn't too busy on a Thursday evening and happy with experience.

A great place - not so easy to find but after telephoning was obvious. Good facilities - used sun bed which was unexpected bonus (does cost extra) 8 large screens with tv channels! Great service and Will use again
