About this gym

The Atlantic Reach Leisure Club is part of an award-winning family holiday resort based in the grounds of a historic manor house set in stunning rolling countryside of Cornwall. Their recently improved gym now includes over 300 sq. m. of floor space and is fully air-conditioned. It offers the latest Life Fitness cardiovascular and resistance machines, including Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Bikes, Steppers, Rowers, Smith Machines, a Cable Crossover, Squat Rack, Bench Press and many more. There is also a dedicated free weights area with Kettle Bells, Olympic Plates and Bars, and Dumbbells that go up to 50kg, as well as a stretching area with various training accessories such as Gym Balls. Whether you are a complete beginner or a regular gym user, the friendly and experienced team are happy to provide advice and assistance. After an intense workout, you can go for a relaxing dip in one of the Club's swimming pools. The heated indoor pool is 14m x 12m big and is open all year round. There is also a children's pool which is 4m x 4m big. These pools are heated and maintained at an average temperature of 29°C to 31°C. The indoor swimming pool is open at following hours: Mon 8:00-20.45 Tue-Thu 7:00-20.45 Fri-Sat 8:00-20.45 Sun 8:00-20:00 There is also a 25m x 9m outdoor swimming pool with a 3.5m x 9m children's pool adjacent to it. This pool is situated next to the manor house, overlooked by the new children's outdoor adventure play area. It is not heated and is open during peak summer weeks, weather permitting. At Atlantic Reach they have something for everyone and their extensive range of top-notch leisure and fitness facilities makes this family friendly leisure club a perfect place to work out and relax not only during your summer break but all year round.
