About this gym

Viking Gym is a hard-hitting gym in Hebburn. Viking Fitness has a driven and hard-working ethos to get its members up to and beyond their fitness goals. Viking Gym is fitted with all kinds of equipment in order to cater to all workout needs. It has a traditional bodybuilding base set up with a range of free weights, plates, benches and resistance machines as well as having a vast array of cardio equipment. Viking Gym also runs person training sessions and group circuits for members that prefer to have that extra motivating factor. Located near the coast in Hebburn on Prince Consort Road Viking Fitness is near ID Coachworks Specialists and King George’s Field. This location allows the gym to be easily worked into any schedule of anyone living and working in and around the Hebburn area whilst also being a removed enough location near the sea that allows its members to mentally destress while they release those endorphins.
