Vibrant Fit is on a mission to help busy people get toned, get fit, and feel full of energy again. In the first room, you will find automated strength training kit, boxercise, core classes, indoor power-based cycling. In the second room, the staff does hormone/bone/muscle/fat testing They are completely different from a normal studio. 1. They test your hormones, fat mass, muscle, bone, and type-2 diabetic-related fat. 2. Then build a personalised program based on the numbers that help you get toned and drop fat. 3. Coaching you on nutrition and testing what foods work for you. 4. They use cutting-edge hypnotherapy techniques to break through mindset barriers. 5. This is in a 'no-mirrors' small studio designed for people who feel uncomfortable and intimidated in a normal gym environment. No egos are allowed in here. Just nice professional people. 6. Lots of parking and all sessions only last 30 mins using automated strength training equipment that is way more effective than traditional methods. It's designed for people who value their time.
