About this gym

You will need to leave a £1 deposit at reception for a locker key. Your Pass will allow you access to the gym OR to a class. If you are planning to do both you will need to purchase 2 Passes for your visit. Body Matrix is a health, fitness and martial arts gym located on the outskirts of Manchester close to Junction 20 of the M60, not far from the North Manchester General Hospital. There are limited free parking spaces provided at the gym itself and spaces in the surrounding streets if these are taken. The large site contains something for everyone. The first floor contains a reception area, a selection of cardio machinery, a generous sized studio and a dedicated spinning room. Further up the building on the second floor you will find the changing rooms and a large studio area that is also used as a training area with punch bags and other boxing equipment. Finally, the top floor contains a huge selection of resistance stations and free weights. Perfect for both keep-fit fans and body-builders alike. A wide range of classes are also available at this site, please enquire with reception for a full timetable. Your Pass will allow you access to the gym OR to a class. If you are planning to do both you will need to purchase 2 Passes for your visit.
