Friendly gym with plenty of equipment, you need a fob to get in if no one is on reception but if you message in advance they are really helpful and will make sure you can get access.

Very friendly gym with everything that you need and plenty of space. Good selection of equipment and a good amount of floor space for mobility/stretching. I am in the area for a few weeks so they lent me a pass for entry in case the reception was not manned which is really helpful!
