Enjoy a weekly restorative yoga wellbeing class with yoga teacher and therapist Leo Lourdes. With gentle stretches and ample time for you to settle into relaxation, this intimate class helps you explore yoga and philosophical themes that will assist you in your life. Through different techniques and poses practiced in the discipline of Vinyasa Yoga , you can cultivate your strength and flexibility whilst relieving areas of tightness and aiding relaxation. Whilst complimenting it with an exploration into more conscious pranayama (breathwork) and meditation techniques to de-stress the mind, body and soul. How to find us: Yogasphere is located at 52 Cornhill, only a short walk from Bank and Monument underground stations and is also within walking distance from Cannon Street, Fenchurch Street & Liverpool Street underground and mainline stations.
