So so so impressed with this gym! Thank you to the amazing Sunni for the incredible Strength and Conditioning class, really pushed me to my limits and left me feeling buzzing at the end!

It's a pure boxing gym, I had an hour basics technical boxing workout with the head coach, brilliant break down of what to do and how and why to do it, end of which in walks Adam Booth, one of the best trainers in the world and turns out it's his gym, really enjoyed
