About this gym

Peak Fitness is a hidden gem just off Heathway in the heart of Dagenham. This no-frills facility provides you with all of the equipment that you could need, whether you’re looking to get fit, lose weight or even train for a sporting competition. You really will get your money’s worth at Peak Fitness! The spacious gym is spread comfortably across the single story building meaning - all rooms are bright and naturally lit and there is plenty of room around each station. You won’t feel at all crowded during your workout! To the left hand side you will find the weight training area. A large selection of weight training machines coupled with fixed and free weights will leave you with no excuses if hard training is on the menu. Towards the other end of the gym is the CV area. There are numerous treadmills, exercise bikes and rowers, which means that the chances of having to wait for a machine are minimal. Punch bags and crash mats are also available. The large reception area offers you a place to relax and enjoy the refreshments after a hard workout. The supplement shop is fully stocked with the leading brands such as Scitec Nutrition, Muscle Fury, Powerbar Peak Body and InterActive Nutrition. Sunbeds and a sunroom are available at an additional cost – Peak Fitness really is a one-stop-shop for all of your fitness needs! How to find us: Peak Fitness is located a few minutes’ walk from Dagenham Heathway (District Line) and with a free customer car park right outside, this is an easily accessible site. Bus route 364 (Hainault Street – Ballards Road) stops right outside the gym and routes 173 (Beckton Bus Station – King George Hospital) 174 (Dagnam Park Square – C E M E) and 175 (Hillrise Estate – Ford Main Works) stop close by.
