Weights Studio: Access a fully fitted free-weights area with two customised racks, benches, dumbbells and bars. Cardio Suite: Access a cardio studio with everything you need to get your heart pumping, including Technogym-branded Treadmills, Rowers, Cross-Trainers, AtomX Wattbikes and a SkiErg. Functional Studio: We have created a space just for functional, mobility and strength training. In here, you will find Watt-Bikes Atoms, Concept2 Rowers, Free Weights, Battle ropes and more! Swimming Pool: 12 metres long and 1.4 metres deep, the pool is small but mighty, featuring Fastlane Technology that allows swimmers to take on the current. Plus, there is always the option to have a more leisurely evening dip! Visitors can also relax and unwind in our jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. We also offer access to a Pilates/stretching studio. You can locate our main entrance on 7-9 Babmaes Street, a discreet cul-de-sac running south of Jermyn Street in the centre of St. James’s. Located to the south of Soho and Mayfair, west of Piccadilly Circus and north of St James’s Park, the nearest tube station is Piccadilly Circus and Green Park Station, a mere 5 or 10-minute walk, maintaining your health and well-being in Central London has never been so accessible. Travelling via London Overground If you are coming via Train, take the Elizabeth or Southeastern Line. The closest station is Charing Cross. Travelling via the London Underground If you are coming via Tube, take the Bakerloo, Northern or Piccadilly lines. The closest stations are Piccadilly Circus, Green Park, and Charing Cross.
