Situated inside the Holiday Inn Kensington, just off of High street Kensington and close to London's Hyde Park this is a little hidden gem. Their friendly team of leisure professionals will guide you on your way to fitness. Even novice users will feel at ease using their state of the art cardio-vascular and resistance equipment once you have been taken through the induction process. With full air-conditioning, personal TVs on some machines and energetic background music you will be able to enjoy your workout in comfortable surroundings. You have access to their gorgeous swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi, the perfect place to unwind after a busy workout. After a dip in the pool or in between treatments, take advantage of the fantastic poolside facilities. The bubbling spa pool and heat of the sauna and steam room are designed to help relax the muscles and ease any aches or pains. If all that's not enough you'll find plenty of seating on poolside where you can simply chill out and read the paper. Their relaxing swimming pool is the ideal place to cool down and unwind after a strenuous session in the gym, or equally swimming a few lengths could be the perfect way to complement your exercise regime. Just two minutes walk from High Street Kensington Station (District and Circle lines) this site is an ideal lunchtime choice, there is a London Cycle Hire docking station just down the street and numerous bus routes running down the main road. Limited metered parking spots are also available in the local streets.
