About this gym

Pilates Improver Level classes are only for those with established Pilates practice Flow Studio is a friendly team of Pilates and Yoga teachers offering classes to the localities of both Leytonstone & Leyton and Wapping with three different studio locations. At Flow Studio Leyton, they offer group Pilates Matwork classes that are taught under the guidance of Luke Askew (Registered Osteopath) and Melanie Christou who are both Body Control Pilates certified teachers and REPS level 3. The classes combine classical and modern Pilates in a timetable of flexible classes which suit everyone. At Flow Studio they strive to help all their clients attain improved posture, core stability and function in a friendly and supported environment. It is their aim to help you not only understand posture and core stability but also to instill the ability to develop this in your day-to-day lives. How to find us: Classes take place in Leyton Sixth Form College on Essex Road. Get here by Overground train with Leyton Midland Road station, just ten minutes away. Buses W16 (Leytonstone Grove Green Road - Chingford Mount) and W19 (Argall Avenue - Hainault Street) stop on Leyton Green Road.
