Dowe Dynamics Gym began life as a bodybuilder’s gym but has evolved and grown to be one of the top rated gyms in the Archway and Holloway area. Owned and managed by the world famous bodybuilder and former Mr Europe, Ian Dowe, it’s a gym which welcomes hardcore trainers as well as newcomers and those looking to take their training experience to a new level. Dowe Dynamics Gym is proud to welcome people from all backgrounds regardless of their fitness level and as well as an exceptional resistance and weight training area, they also offer a wide range of cardio equipment including stationary bikes, rowing machines, cross trainers and treadmills on the first floor. The second and third floors of the gym are home to an exceptional range of resistance training machines as well as free weights. Olympic Bodyart machines have been carefully selected by Dowe himself to ensure only the finest equipment is available to his guests. Dumbbells up to 200lbs, leg-press machines and benches. The gym also boasts a treatment room for winding down after working out with a tanning booth, sauna and sun beds to enjoy after a hard workout. Dowe Dynamics has built a strong reputation as a popular local gym with tons of great gym reviews from its customers, describing it as friendly and great for serious training. The free weights range is particularly popular but if weights aren’t your thing, the gym owners and staff ensure you can access the wide range of other equipment and that you feel comfortable and at home in the surroundings. How To Find Us Directly opposite Archway Dowe Dynamics Gym is perfectly located for commuters and it’s also very well located for a number of different bus routes, including number 17 (Archway Station / Junction Road – London Bridge), number 43 (London Bridge Station – Halliwick Park) and 271 (Finsbury Square – South Grove)
