About this gym

BaseFit, located in the heart of Shoreditch, is a unique outdoor training venue. They specialise in HIIT training and have an extensive range of equipment as well as 2000Sqft of training space which is flood lit and astroturfed. The facility includes a functional training rig, Olympic weights, tyes, ropes, speed ladders and many more. BaseFit provide over 30 classes a week which including Strength and Conditioning sessions, Insanity, Tabata and obstacle course race specific classes such as Muddy Race Prep. With some of the best instructors in London you'll get into shape in no time regardless of age, ability or fitness level. Changing rooms, hot showers and lockers are available for all customers. How to find us: BaseFit is located within Powerleagues 7 a-side, Braithwaite Street, next door to the Shoredich High Street Station (Overground). Bus services 8 (Tottenham Court Road - Bow Bus Garage) and 388 (Blackfriars - Stratford) stop on Bethnal Green Road.
