About this gym

**Please note due to the nature of these classes you will be required to fill in a form on your first visit** TwelveThree Boxing & Fitness welcomes those who want to box for fitness or master the art of boxing. Their signature class BoxCon incorporates 12×3 minute rounds under the watchful eye of two specialist coaches. It’s an excellent way of burning fat & boosting fitness. Your boxing coach will take you through boxing drills, bag work and pads, while your strength and conditioning coach will get you fighting fit with the ultimate circuit session. Expect big tunes, heavy bags and lots of sweat in this high paced, high octane group experience. Classes are designed with a maximum of 8 people so you will be sure to get plenty of one on one coaching to improve your technique and physical ability. Classes will work on bag work, pad work, boxing drills while also having a focus on strength and conditioning. The coaches at this gym don’t see this as a job, it is their passion. They are authentic boxers with years of experience and knowledge in the sport. Classes include: Boxcon, Gloves On, Ring Craft and Conditioning. Gloves are provided and wraps are available to buy for £5. Complimentary towels included. This club is conveniently located in Sheldon Square, a two-minute walk from Paddington Station. Hussle pass holders should call ahead to book in their slot in the class. Try to arrive 10-15 minutes before the class starts.
