Oasis MyGym

Oasis MyGym is a good facility located within the Oasis Academy, Immingham. It is committed to help you reach all of your health and fitness goals, whether you’re looking to lose weight, to get fit or to train for a sporting event. The facilities at Oasis MyGym include a full range of cardio CYBEX machines as well as Concept 2 Rowing Machines and a SCI FIT Upper Body Exerciser. CYBEX static weights machines are also provided, allowing you to get a full body workout, whatever your preferred equipment. The free weights area has a good range of dumbbells, kettlebells, weighted bars and Reebok Steps. There is also a mat area with exercise balls, perfect for stretching before or after your workout. The gym has MYZONE installed (belts available to purchase at reception), with active screens in the gym and the dance studio. This allows you to effectively monitor your workout, helping you to get the most out of your exercise. If you’re looking for even more motivation, why not try a session with a personal trainer, or perhaps an exercise class? These are available at an additional cost – for more information, please enquire at reception. You really will feel welcome at Oasis MyGym as soon as you step through the doors. You’ll be able to work out at your own pace and the friendly staff will be happy to help you every step of the way.
