As a result of the pandemic, CGX is currently experiencing severe staffing shortages Like many businesses, we are adversely affected by the pandemic and related staffing difficulties, which unfortunately is putting added pressure on us to be able to deliver the experience you expect and love. The venue has two fully-equipped studios, with the latest sound systems and a fully sprung floor to reduce the impact on the body. In their main stage room For Day Time classes light will flood in over the cityscape rooftops and in the evenings the blackout blinds come down and it’s lights, camera, action! with lights, spots, and plenty of fun. In their smaller, but fully equipped ride and gym studio you can find 15 of the latest Kieser Mi3 bikes completed with multimedia technology that allows you to track your fitness on an app and see it up on the big screen whilst you ride (options to hide your data so you don’t have to have it on the screen). The studio comes with a floor to ceiling curved screen so that you can fully immerse yourself with the lights and music to both ranges of live and virtual programs. The gym area has all you need to complete a full-body workout. This is what you can find at this venue to reach your fitness goals: cardio machines, free weights, functional training equipment, punch bags, rowing machines, cross trainers, dumbells, stability balls, Trx Bands, battle ropes, Les Mills smart bars, Les Mills smart steps After your workout, you can enjoy a hot shower in their luxury changing facilities and relax in their juice bar with a 100 % natural smoothie, hot/cold drink or snack. The parking is £2 for 2 hours, or free before 8 am and after 6 pm. The face towels are free and large towels available for £1 hire charge K2 Tower is situated opposite the Albion Street carpark, 5 minutes walk from the bus/train station.
