We pride ourselves on being Hinckley’s friendliest health club providing a welcoming and comfortable location to both exercise and relax. To us, you are more than just another member! With our extensive fitness suite, state of the art Pool & relaxation suite as well as studio classes, our team of instructors are on hand to provide you with expert advice that will help you to achieve your goals. We welcome you to come and work out in our extensive fitness suite complete with the latest Precor cardio & resistance equipment, along with free weights and a functional area or join in on one of our many classes with friends. Then unwind in our brand new state-of-the-art pool, re-energise your muscles in the Spa Pool, rejuvenate in our Steam and Sauna or simply relax on one of our many loungers. Aqua Aerobics - A toning & aerobic workout all based in the pool. Box45 - Box45 consists of interval based aerobic training and endurance stations, with beginner and intermediate boxing drills to suit all levels of fitness. Circuits - This is a high intensity circuit of exercises concentrating on cardio, muscular endurance and working the core area. Abs & Core - Abs & core is designed to target the whole core as well as the different parts of the abs which we would say is for all abilities. Pilates - Designed to concentrate on slow and measured movements in order to create lean and stronger muscles around your torso. A gentle but highly effective session for improving posture, flexibility and preventing injury. Resistance Bands - The resistance band class is aimed at bringing beginners and experienced gym users together in one class, using only resistant bands you will be activating and toning muscles as well as building strength within the duration with a very low/medium impact throughout the session. OTHER NOTES Children are able to use the pool during the following hours: Mon - Fri: 8:30am-11:30am & 3pm-7pm, Weekends and Bank Holidays: 9am - 6pm Please note: there is a hire charge of £1 if you need a towel. Class timetables can be found on the website and you can book in by calling in advance.
