Our Gym has something for everyone! If you're into strength training and free weights, Our Gym has got you covered, with an extensive range of free weights including dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells, two squat racks, a Smith machine, lifting platforms for Olympic lifting and weight resistance machines. If it’s cardio you are looking for, look no further, Our Gym has a huge range of equipment including treadmills, cross trainers, exercise bikes, an air assault bike, stair climbers, rowing machines and there are built in TV’s on most cardio machines! Switch up your work out up today with our versatile, multi-purpose functional rig, equipped with battle ropes, medicine balls, plyometric boxes, and TRX. Or load up our new Prowler sled on the track for a serious leg burn. Our Gym has free parking, private bathrooms, showers and lockers available. You can find Our Gym off the M1 by following the A414 Breakspear Way towards Hemel Hempstead Town Centre. At the second roundabout, turn right into Maylands Avenue. At the traffic lights, turn left into Wood Lane End and take the first right into Mark Road. Our Gym is situated towards the end of the road on the left-hand side.
