About this gym

Iron House is a hard-hitting gym in Gravesend. They have a hard-working philosophy that transpires to their members’ body transformations and their dedication to sourcing and supplying the best equipment, services and supplements they can get their hands on. Iron House gym has a more traditional bodybuilding set up with plentiful free weights, squat racks, an abundance of bars, all the resistance machines you need (and maybe a few more) as well as cardiovascular equipment such as treadmills. They also have their own on site supplement store that they are happy to advise and supply each member with supplementation for their individual needs. They also run intense personal training programmes for those who are taking their body transformations very seriously. Iron House gym is situated in West Mill, just by the river Thames and only a short distance from Northfleet and Ebbsfleet international train stations. This location makes it convenient for those living and working in and around the Gravesend area without being crammed into some city space unable to escape from the busyness and stressors of inner city living. Please note that customers are advised, only drinks purchased at Iron House Gym may be consumed on site, with the exception of water. Thank you for your cooperation.
