COVID-19 updates: - Booking for classes and swimming is required. This can be done by calling 01452 413214 in advance - Changing rooms will be available for swimmers only. All gym and class users will need to come changed and won’t be able to shower - Whilst in the gym, we ask that you stay one metre away from other members. Some equipment may have signs to ensure social distancing takes place - When entering and leaving the gym you will need to sanitize your hands. Some of our staff may be wearing masks. Our reception has a safety screen for both our staff and your safety - Please wipe down equipment thoroughly before and after use. We have increased the number of cleaning stations throughout the club - We ask for you to bring your own water and drinks for now. We are keeping water fountains out of use - We have also introduced a one way system. Please follow the directions. With purpose built gym facilities across four separate rooms, a 20m laned swimming complex including a separate sauna and steam room, A fitness studio, three squash courts, four floodlit outdoor tennis courts, four shared badminton courts and sports hall (5-a-side, netball courts etc), a Crèche for children from 6 weeks of age upwards, and relaxing bar area, we offer a great selection of health and fitness activities for you to enjoy, and friendly staff dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. The gym starts with a purpose built weights room, with a large selection of free weights, including dumb bells up to 60kg! Also a large selection of fixed weight cable machines and plate loaded benches, squat racks, Smith machines and Olympic benches. Additional equipment such as pull up bars, roman chair, Fit balls, lifting platform etc… Two large mirrored walls, with air conditioning and background music provided. Persons must be aged 16 years and over to use this room due to the heavy weights on offer. There is also a body conditioning room with a matted area, TRX, medicine balls and kelttlebells and finally two Cardio based rooms with Treadmills, Cross trainers, Bikes and steppers. There is a separate spin studio and fully equipped class studio which hosts a variety of classes from yoga to Les Mills classes The gym is based in Gloucester a short distance from Gloucester Railway.
