About this gym

Silverbacks Gym is an independent gym located in CT16 Dover close to Pencester Gardens. With facilities both for fitness enthusiasts and weightlifters, look no further to find a great workout! The gym has a variety of free weights; there are several benches and a large rack of metal dumbbells available to use. Barbells and EZ curl bars can be used and the gym also has a variety of resistance machines both weight plated and cabled resistance. Some alternative attachments for the machines provide a variety to your workout. There are plenty of weight plates also free to use. Silverbacks also has cardio machines such as treadmills and crosstrainers. Changing facilities are on site and parking can be found on the surrounding streets. Buses stop at Pencester Road just outside the gym.
