The state of the art gym houses 90 pieces of the latest Technogym resistance and cardiovascular equipment as well as a large selection of Technogym pure strength equipment. This gym is ideal for gentle exercise or a thorough workout. There is also a dedicated spin studio with 25 Technogym bikes and an aerobics studio with a fitted sound system and large mirrors. With such a range of equipment, you’ll rarely have to wait for the machines that you’d like to use, even during the busiest periods. Fully qualified staff will be able to help you to get the most out of your workout, enabling you to get fit and to lose weight as efficiently as possible! Not only is there a fantastic gym at Broadwood, the club offers you an excellent range of other facilities. There is a huge variety of group exercise classes, including Zumba, Metafit, Pilates and MMA. Other facilities at Broadwood include a multi-purpose sports hall, a soft play area, a meeting room, a martial arts studio, a cafeteria and 3G pitches. There is also a world standard BMX track, open seven days a week.
