Based in Launceston, Activ8 is well-maintained spacious fully equipped gym with shower and changing room facilities! activ8 features a massive gym with plenty of space kitted out with all of the essentials! Featuring a number of Olympic platforms, power racks, bumper plates, a great selection of weight resistance and plate loaded machines, a huge range of cardio equipment, a massive free weights area which is fully equipped with dumbbells, Olympic bars, Olympic plates and benches! Activ8 also offer a great functional training area which features a functional rig, medicine balls, Plyometric boxes, Punch bags, kettle bells and more! If you’re looking to switch up your work out Activ8 have an excellent selection of exercise classes for all abilities! You can find Activ8 in Pennygillam industrial estate, Right next to FedEX, The nearest stations are Pennygillam, Launceston which is a 7 min walk or Castle Meadows, Launceston which is about a 14 min walk, If you are travelling by Public transport you can get there via the 12 and the 410. Please note classes are not included with the Hussle pass, If you would like to take part please speak with reception for further details.
