About this gym

The Cave Gym is an amazing facility in Corby offering 150 pieces of unique equipment over an area in excess of 10,000 ft2! The gym offers Strength and Functional training with specialist Powerlifting and Strongman equipment, a ladies fitness suite and a number of unique cardio machines set-out in a huge, panoramic area. Whatever your requirements, the Cave will have you covered from Cardio training, Strength and Conditioning, Strongman, Powerlifting, Calisthenics, Crossfit and Bodybuilding. The raised panoramic Cardio Zone has a large variety of cardiovascular machines to suit every level of fitness – treadmills, steppers, cross trainers, rowing machines, stepmills, stairmasters, arc treadmills, hand bikes etc – and our Ladies only fitness suite offers a quieter area for uninhibited training. Our specialist heavy strength area offers unique equipment not found in other local gyms including Yoke, super yoke, Super farmer’s walk, Car deadlift, Hand-over-hand pull, Tyre flip, Heavy duty chains, a variety Atlas stones, etc. While the functional area has a rig and TRX kits, gymnastic rings, kettle bells, plyo boxes, battling ropes, etc. The layout of the gym has been carefully designed so that all customers have enough space to train comfortably and not queue for equipment. The health bar stocks a range of supplements and energy drinks.
