The gym in CH5 is home to a spacious multi-functional training area, a spin studio and fitness studio. The fitness suite boasts a variety of training equipment, so you’re bound to find something that works for you and will help you reach your fitness goals. For cardio enthusiasts, there are rowing machines available, as well as the skillmill. The skillmill is a curved treadmill that will amp up your cardio sessions by improving your stamina, speed, power and agility. You’ll find plenty of weight training options here too, starting with dumbells and benches, and finishing with the plate loaded leg press. The functional training rig ensures a well-rounded workout and can be modified to different exercises for different body parts and muscles you’re looking to train. There’s also a punching bag and other boxing kit here, so why not brush up your boxing skills? Immerse Fitness offers a variety of group training classes, including spin classes, which you will have access to with your Hussle passes – just make sure to call ahead to ask about the timetable and to save your spot in the class. The gym is based in Unit 2b in Interlink Park, right off Aston Road in Stanley.
