About this gym

Welcome to Park Drive Health Club, a fitness and squash club situated off the Promenade Park in Maldon, Essex. Here they have a Mixed Gym and a women only area called LadyZone, both of which are fully air-conditioned and contain a wide range of Cardio and Resistance machines along with a selection of free weights. Also available in the LadyZone are 2 Flabelos Machines which gives you the equivalent of a 1 hour workout in just 10 minutes! (priced at £3 per 20 min session). They also have a 100sq metre Fitness Studio which is used for instructor lead classes (please enquire directly with Health Club staff for more details). Park Drive's swimming pool has a retractable roof so is both indoor and outdoor in one! It has a constant depth of 1.2m and is heated to 30 degrees, winter and summer, making it ideal for serious swimmers as well as those not so confident. Lastly there are 4 Squash Courts (2 glass-backed). The Park Drive creche is a fully equipped, staffed service which gives you the chance to use our other facilities without having to worry about your children. Open from Monday to Friday, 09:20-11:15, this service must be pre-booked, please enquire directly with club staff for more details. The team here are highly qualified, excellently trained, friendly and non-judgemental. They will support you and encourage you at all times. Enjoy!
