About this gym

BBMA (Black Belt Martial Arts) Gym in Gillingham, Medway gives you access to great workout facilities for a very competitive price! The gym contains dumbbells, benches and stations for squatting, pullups, dips which are all for free weighted and body weight exercises. Alongside are a variety of resistance machines for muscle building and cardio machines for fitness including bikes, rowers and treadmills. LOCATION: Please use the map on our website to identify the location of the gym. The gym is situated near to Sovereign Blvd however access is by turning left onto Darland Avenue then heading past the Star and Darland House and the next left will take you past the Anchonians Building. Drive past this and follow the track round and then when you see the hockey pitches the gym is next to them.
