The gym offers over 220 pieces of industry leading equipment, and is one of the most spacious gyms you’ll come across in the CF10 area. Immediately as you step inside, the large windows facing out towards the stadium fill the room with lots of natural light, providing a relaxed feeling at all corners of the gym. The cardio equipment has been placed nearest the windows, which is perfect for that sense of running outdoors or for the excitement of watching the crowds fill up when big sporting events are on. You will not struggle to find an available bench in the free weights area, which has an amazing selection of barbells, dumbbells, resistance machines and more. The functional fitness area is also as big as they come, and you can use the readily available equipment to help with your balance and coordination. Changing rooms, showers and lockers are available to all users, and you can also benefit from the free Wi-Fi, which is good for checking out YouTube videos to perfect your exercise techniques, or even just to see what time your favourite programme is on. PureGym Cardiff Central is very well connected by public transport, Cardiff Central bus and train station just a short walk away. If you’re planning to work out here when the main plaza entrance is shut, the 24 hour access entrance is at the forecourt to Millennium Station.
