Better Gym Brentwood, formerly Fitness First, is one of the most up-to-date gyms in CM14 having recently undergone an impressive makeover. For convenience, it's quite a new trend for gyms to be located within shopping centres, and this gym in Brentwood is a prime example of how it can work perfectly. Situated inside The Baytree Shopping centre on Brentwood high street, this venue offers something for everyone with its wide range of modern fitness equipment. Users can take advantage of a good selection of cardio machines and for adding strength there are plenty of resistance machines and free weights. The dedicated stretching areas will help you to work on your flexibility, and the space can also be used for some intense core stability workouts using fitness aids such as steel bells, core bags and Swiss balls. If you’re competitive and up for a challenge then you can get involved with the regular fitness challenges across the gym, and try to beat others to reach the top of the leader board. There are very friendly trainers operating around the venue, so feel free to approach them for advice on adding innovation to your workout and for better ways to train. There is also a sauna and steam area for you to use after your workout to complete your experience at Better Gym Brentwood.
