Went on a rainy day so maybe why I didn't enjoy it. Good range of equipment but quite old and rusty

Really friendly unique place to train. Plenty of free weights and functional fitness stuff to play with. Even got atlas stones and an assault course! If you like strength and conditioning you'll love it here
