About this gym

<b> Please note that Hussle customers will only be able to enter the club during the manned hours, shown under the Opening Hours tab </b> Twenty4Seven Fort Dunlop is a state of the art gym that offers a great training experience for under £5. The gym is opened 24 hours a day, 7 days a week but Hussle customers will need to fit their visits within the manned hours which run from 7am-9pm Monday to Thursday, 8am-6pm Friday and 9am-5pm on Saturday. All kinds of equipment are available so you can mix up your workout across the week. The latest Matrix fitness equipment is ideal for your cardio and strength training programmes as well as an additional free weights area. Mat spaces are also available so you can stretch and warm up before your workout. They also run a busy calendar of group exercise classes so you can workout out with friends or get to know your fellow gym-goers. Choose from yoga, Zumba, Spin, Pilates and Body Combat as well as many more. Speak with a member of staff to find out more about booking onto a class and the additional charges. Twenty4Seven Fort Dunlop offers the standard Hussle day passes as well as FitFix 5 and even no contract gym memberships for customers who get to know and love the gym as their regular choice. Lockers require a padlock so please bring your own or purchase one from reception. How to find us: Twenty4Seven Fort Dunlop is located on Fort Parkway, adjacent to Travelodge Hotel Birmingham and a few minutes from The Fort Shopping Park. Bus routes 38 (Castle Vale – Erdington) and 966 (Solihull – Erdington) stop at the roundabout after East Drive. Pay and Display parking is available on site.
