About this gym

Sports Direct Fitness, one of the UK’s leading networks of health clubs, presents you with the recently refurbished Northfield club. This is an excellent facility which houses all of the equipment that you could possibly need to reach your personal health and fitness goals, whether you’re looking to tone up, to lose weight or train for a sporting event. Facilities in the gym area include an excellent cardio area and a fully equipped resistance area. There is also a free weights area with a huge range of weights, benches and racks. The functional training area provides you with even more space, helping you to get a full workout with every visit. If you’re unsure of how to use any of the equipment, friendly staff will be more than happy to help. Please note that the Hussle pass will only entitle you access to the gym facilities. Additional facilities at Sports Direct Fitness Northfield, available at an additional cost include a swimming pool, a spa, a sauna and sunbeds. These facilities are perfect if you’re looking for somewhere to relax after a long day at work! Personal trainers can be booked for individual sessions – these sessions will push you to reach your potential and make a big difference to your health and fitness. An extensive group exercise class time table also operates at an additional cost, including classes such as Pilates, Spin and Yoga. If you struggle with motivation in the gym, or if you’re looking for a supplement to your workout, these classes may be perfect for you! Parking is available on site and many bus routes, including routes 39 (Longbridge – Worlds End) 63 (Birmingham – Frankley) and 98 (Birmingham – Rednal) all stop just outside.
