Fairly small gym area, but nice "intense workout" section separate from the machines and cardio equipment - very quiet at 7am. People all seem friendly - pool looked slightly busier but have not used yet.

Used pool only on a Saturday afternoon general swim session. Aside from a group of kids dive bombing in the middle of the pool(without challenge by lifeguards)it was fine. Access to the slow lane access was cut off at entry end and on diving pool side. Cleaner changing rooms this time.
