Our knowledge and approach suits people of all ages and abilities and passionately supports individuals goals and targets. ` HERITAGE Opened in 2023 Per4mance Fitness has hit the ground running and has established itself as an exceptional fitness facility and admired by its competitors. Based in Congleton Per4mance Fitness provides an innovative, friendly, focused and enthusiastic approach to its members and clients. Per4mance Fitness was set up by owners Anthony Ayre and James Watson with the idea in mind of building a gym like no other within the area. PERSONAL TRAINING AT PER4MANCE All of the Personal Trainers at Per4mance fitness have been hand selected to ensure we deliver the best in Personal Training. Our director of fitness Ant has used his wealth of knowledge within the fitness industry to put together the best Personal Training team within Cheshire. This is different to other generic gyms in the Congleton area that purely focus on lifting regular weights and cardio work! The gym is fitted with the latest functional fitness equipment that the industry has to offer and provides a broad range of fitness classes to suit the needs of all members and visitors. In addition, we are and will always look to add new and exciting additions to the gym Whether you want to get fit, lose weight, build muscle or simply be a part of the Per4mance community, Ant and the team at Per4mance fitness Congleton are passionate about fitness and health and are always on hand to offer expert and helpful advice on how to lead a healthy balanced lifestyle.
