Managing healthy cholesterol levels and heart health through exercise

Sleep and wellbeing are closely related. Fitness and peer support for mental wellbeing

As many as 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem of some kind each year in England. The symptoms of these conditions pose a huge challenge for both individuals and businesses. When it comes to tackling such difficulties, some of the most effective tools can be exercise and talking therapies. During 2024’s Mental Health Awareness Week, we were delighted to welcome mental health peer support group, Andy’s Man Club as our guest speaker, to discuss the combined benefits of fitness and talking therapies on employee wellbeing.
