They also put a lot of focus into their group training sessions, classes and personal training in order to give everyone a new taste of exercise in a friendly setting backed by the most recent research.

Just a couple minutes’ drive after turning off the A26, Core Gym is conveniently set up for those working and living in the Coleraine area as it is not impractically out the way nor is it squashed into a busy city centre where traffic is heavy, and parking is sparse.
